Part-Time Student Work Program
Part-Time Student Work Program, according to Article 46 of the Higher Education Law No. 2547, Marmara University part-time student needs are published on the part-time student system website by the Health, Culture and Sports Department in the periods of need according to the nature of the student and the job to be taken. In this context, students who want to work part-time apply online. There is no application method other than online application.
Students who are entitled to work part-time work a maximum of 15 hours per week and a maximum of 40 hours per month.
Conditions to be sought for Students to be Employed Part-Time:
– Except for non-thesis master's students and special students, being a registered student of the higher education institution where they will be employed,
– Not having received disciplinary punishment,
– Not having an income at the minimum wage level, other than orphan's pension and alimony,
– Not having a contract terminated due to a violation of the contract made between the part-time student and the higher education institution,
– Having sufficient knowledge, skills and talent for the job to be employed,
– Not being a student who has suspended his/her registration and not being a foreign student,
– Being studying during the normal education period.
– The above conditions are not sought for students who can document that they have been harmed by natural disasters such as earthquakes and floods, that they are the children of martyrs and veterans, and disabled students, except being studying during the normal education period, not being a foreign student and not having received disciplinary punishment.
Documents Required from Students to be Employed Part-Time:
· Copy of Turkish ID
· 1 Photo
· Yapı Kredi account and IBAN number
