Non-discriminatory Admissions Policy
- Marmara University, as a public institution, adheres strictly to national rules and regulations across all its operations, ensuring compliance with laws governing higher education. The university aligns with the National Student Selection and Placement Centre (ÖSYM) Regulations, specifically Article 7, which emphasizes reliability, confidentiality, impartiality, and equal opportunity for all applicants. Additionally, Marmara University observes Article 10 of the Turkish Constitution, which mandates the equal application of Turkish laws and regulations without discrimination. This constitutional article upholds the principle that all individuals are equal before the law, with no distinctions based on language, race, color, sex, political opinions, philosophical beliefs, religion, or other personal characteristics.
