Collaborations with local, national or global health organizations

Marmara University continues to recognize and support the importance of collaboration with local, national and global health institutions to improve health and well-being outcomes.

Marmara University has its own faculty of medicine. This faculty of medicine carries out joint studies with many health units, especially local hospitals. Most of these studies include national and international projects. Some of the more important activities are focusing on global health problems and offering solutions to these problems by carrying out joint studies. In order to be able to offer solutions, it can organize activities through joint collaborations. Thus, Marmara University is taking great steps in terms of providing a healthier and more sustainable life.

In this context, Marmara University has established the Joint Biotechnology Excellence Joint Application and Research Center (SABIOTEK) with three universities.
