Entrepreneurship, Effective Communication and Digital Marketing Trainings were given to cooperative managers and members between the ages of 25-60 by Marmara University's expert instructors. As the outcome of the training, people who are more conscious of production, aware of the business plan with profit and loss content, more visionary, understand the importance of more effective communication and establish customer relations by taking this into account, who know digital marketing and modern management and production, participate in the training and at the end of the training It was observed that women who acted with this awareness handled what and how they did things from a more productive perspective. It was observed that there was a serious difference in the activity outcomes between women's cooperatives that participated in the training and those that did not. It was determined that all women, who were unaware of these issues before the training, would handle the production and sales processes from these perspectives on issues such as efficiency, effectiveness and visionaryness at the end of the training.
